June 12th, Tip Of The Week: Embrace Who You Are

We should all be able to embrace and celebrate who we are without fear. Here are some actions you can take today to do exactly that!

  1. Give yourself a huge hug (i.e. wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a good squeeze. Pay attention to how it makes you feel).
  2. Repeat 3 things you love or even like about yourself outloud!!! (note: it can be as simple as I have good style)
  3. Put your favorite song on and dance!!!
  4. Look at yourself in the mirror and thank yourself for always having your back and being the unique person that you are!
  5. Speak your truth and be your own hero today!
